From the heart of Wiradjuri Country, each didgeridoo begins its journey. I specialise in Mallee wood and wanted to try a different timber off Country. This Didgeridoo (yidaki) was carefully selected by a good mate of mine and sourced out of Box Gum tree near Dubbo, NSW.
Every piece is hand crafted using traditional knowledge, patience, and respect for Country. The timber is shaped, hollowed, tuned, and finished by hand, allowing the natural spirit of the tree to guide the sound it produces.
No two didgeridoos are ever the same. Each carries its own unique voice, grain pattern, and story from the land where it grew.
Creating these instruments is more than craftsmanship - it’s a connection to culture, Country, and the generations who have shared stories through sound for thousands of years.
Proudly handcrafted by Myself as a Wiradjuri knowledge holder living on Worimi Country.
